We value the satisfaction of our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. However, as our art products involve significant time and effort, we have the following policies for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation and Refund for Art Products

- Advance Payment: For custom and digital art products, an initial advance is required before production begins.

- Non-Refundable Advance: If you choose to cancel your order after the advance payment, the amount paid will not be refunded. This is because the creative process starts immediately after payment, and our dedicated artists invest significant time and effort into your order.

2. Cancellation and Refund for Other Products

- Full Refund Window: If you cancel your order for secondary products (e.g., photo frames, non-custom items) within 5 to 6 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.

- Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made after 6 hours from the time of payment, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

3. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund

- To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact our customer support through WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. Include your order details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
